Role Name: Project Manager
Role Description:
Lead GTS greenfield implementation, leveraging the clients design principles and templates, reusing proven compliance frameworks while adapting to Robotics setup.
Configure independent trade compliance processes and controls to align with Robotics global trade needs and regulatory requirements.
Manage integration with external systems (e.g., S4 Hana, ERP, customs systems) to ensure seamless data flow for trade operations.
Plan and execute complex multi-country GTS roll-out, aligning with local regulatory requirements while maintaining global compliance and consistency.
Establish project governance, manage budget timeline, and mitigate risks (regulatory gaps, integration issues, roll-out delays) to avoid business disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trade compliance, IT, operations) and external vendors lead change management and user training across regions.
Ensure GTS processes are scalable, audit-ready, and fully compliant with export control and customs regulations post-roll-out.

Core objectives ensure export control customs compliance, avoid cross-border operation disruption, and enable scalable, audit-ready global trade processes.
