Manage business travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, invitation letters) and maintain the corporate travel platform (Perk).

Handle travel expenses management for Board Members, including verification and reimbursement follow-up.

Support the organization of internal and external events (logistics, transportation, accommodation, meals, etc.).

Oversee the full administrative coordination of apprentices, including rotation planning and internal follow-up in collaboration with HR.

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Executive Assistant of the Managing Directors (meetings, correspondence, document preparation, translations).

Contribute to internal communication activities (All Staff / All Managers communications, internal platforms, etc.).

Ensure continuity of executive support in the absence of the Executive Assistant.

Assist with reception tasks, including procedures updates, and cover reception desk and phone duties when needed.

Assist Facilities & Security with administrative tasks.

CFC commercial certificate or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in an international environment.

Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Company trainer for commercial apprentices is an advantage.
