- Design and implement automation solutions (e.g. PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) in compliance with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

Manage the lifecycle of automated systems, including URS, design, testing, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and change control

Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support to manufacturing and QC operations

Ensure integration and data flow between systems (e.g. MES, LIMS, ERP)

Participate in deviation investigations, CAPAs, and audits related to automation systems
-
Collaborate with engineering, IT, QA, and validation teams to deliver compliant and robust systems
-
Stay up to date with emerging automation technologies and digitalization trends
- Degree in automation, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
-
3 years of experience with automation in GMP-regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medtech)

Hands-on experience with control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, DeltaV, Rockwell, etc.)

Familiarity with GAMP 5, data integrity principles, and computerized system validation

Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and system integration

Strong problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills

Fluent in English and French. German is a plus
