Take reservations and welcome guests during breakfast and meal services.
Advise guests and take orders, taking into account their specific requests and preferences.
Contribute to the development and delivery of a trendy restaurant concept.
Ensure effective communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, as well as with all hotel departments.
Monitor the working environment and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Supervise the teams and provide training in accordance with service standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Monitor the quality of service and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Higher education or professional training in hospitality/restauration (CFC, CAP-BEP, BAC PRO) or a hotel management school.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or the yachting industry.
Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of service protocols and standards.
