In this role, you will be involved in the management of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), ensuring that any vendor changes are properly assessed, documented, and implemented in a controlled manner that complies with regulatory requirements.
You work with several key systems, including SAP, TrackWise and the Document Management System.
Your responsibilities

Review, analyze, and coordinate the evaluation of supplier VCNs

Ensure the completion of impact analyses with the departments concerned

Monitor and document the VCNs according to internal and regulatory procedures

Ensure timely implementation of required actions and documentation updates
Profile sought

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or related fields

First experience in a similar position desired

Good command of GMP regulations and change control processes

Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of supply chain, raw materials, equipment, or logistics (asset)

Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with ability to work independently

Fluent English required, German a plus
