Drive Scalable Infrastructure for Robotics

Lead and develop Infrastructure, DevOps, and Tooling teams while fostering a strong engineering culture built on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

Define and drive the infrastructure strategy and roadmap in alignment with product, robotics R&D, and business goals

Own the reliability, scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization of infrastructure platforms and services

Establish and improve standards for CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, automation, and developer experience

Contribute hands-on to infrastructure architecture, automation, and critical technical initiatives

Collaborate closely with software, robotics, AI/ML, and product teams to ensure stable and efficient development and production environments

Guide architectural decisions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructure landscapes

Mentor engineers through technical coaching, regular feedback, design discussions, and code reviews

Support hiring and scaling of engineering teams together with the recruiting organization

Continuously improve infrastructure processes, tooling, operational readiness, and platform performance

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Strong background in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related technical domains

Several years of experience leading engineering teams and supporting the growth of technical talent

Hands-on expertise with Linux environments, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure, Terraform/OpenTofu, Docker, and GitOps practices

Experience designing and operating hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures for complex engineering or R&D environments

Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, storage, scalability, monitoring, and observability concepts

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or InfluxDB
-
Proven ability to manage and operate business-critical production systems

Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on long-term platform stability and scalability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments

Experience with robotics, edge infrastructure, MLOps, or Nix is considered an advantage
