About the Role:
Ekko Constructores Engineering & Infrastructure SA is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects, infrastructure development operations, and engineering project execution in Geneva, Switzerland. This role focuses on ensuring successful project delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance across complex commercial and infrastructure construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Project Leadership: Oversee planning, execution, and completion of commercial and infrastructure construction projects
- Project Planning & Coordination: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scheduling, and construction workflow operations
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, procurement expenses, contractor costs, and financial performance targets
- Site Operations Oversight: Supervise construction activities, engineering coordination, safety compliance, and operational efficiency on project sites
- Contractor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and corporate clients
- Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to Swiss construction regulations, engineering standards, environmental guidelines, and safety protocols
- Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify project risks, operational challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project KPIs, progress milestones, construction quality metrics, and delivery performance benchmarks
- Team Leadership: Lead project engineers, construction supervisors, site managers, operations coordinators, and multidisciplinary project teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in construction project management, infrastructure development, or engineering operations leadership
- Skills: Strong project leadership, construction operations management, and engineering coordination capabilities
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial construction, infrastructure projects, project budgeting, and large-scale engineering operations
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary construction teams and high-value infrastructure projects
