We’re looking for a data-driven, analytical, and globally-minded Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Zurich, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key digital marketing channels, drive performance across international markets, and serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the business — helping us achieve our goal of being the largest and most trusted au pair program in the world.
This role is perfect for someone who leads with a bias for action, loves translating data into decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You’ll work alongside a collaborative international team that values initiative, impact, and innovation. This role is fully in-office (5 days per week), where you’ll work closely in person with the sales, creative, and marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
Channel Ownership & Optimisation
- Act as a channel champion, taking ownership of assigned digital marketing channels, including account setup, campaign, audience, and ad builds, tracking, reporting, and analytics.
- Proactively optimise channels on a daily and weekly basis to maximise performance and efficiency; identify new conversion opportunities, introduce innovations through testing, and continuously elevate channel performance.
Monitor tracking, data integrity, and performance health to ensure channels are operating as expected.

Stakeholder & Market Support
- Partner with au pair marketing and creative at the ideation stage of new global campaigns to develop a brief and strategy.
- Operate as a strategic internal partner to Country Product Managers (CPMs) across several markets and their teams, delivering timely insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Adapt quickly to market-specific requirements and changing business priorities.

Reporting & Insights
- Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting with clear analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Design and maintain reporting templates, including in Looker Studio and Salesforce, that enable clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking across channels and markets.
- Own and evolve a weekly performance report for each market, ensuring stakeholders have a clear understanding of year-on-year and month-to-date performance, and pacing vs forecasts.
Proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate data into meaningful business insights.

Communication & Presentation
- Confidently present performance data, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Tailor presentations and reporting formats to align with business needs and decision-making requirements.
Communicate complex data clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Scaled Experimentation & Testing
- Introduce and manage a structured experimentation program and testing roadmap, by market, across audiences, creatives, and messaging to enhance learnings and improve conversion across all markets.
- Maintain a living A/B test library, documenting hypotheses, results, and actionable learnings.
Share regular testing insights with leadership, creative team, and global recruitment.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (in-house or agency).
- Expert in at least one core channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) and familiar with others.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages beneficial
- Analytical mindset with strong experience in A/B testing and funnel optimisation.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4 experience a plus).
- Passionate about performance marketing, with a constant curiosity for what’s next.
- You are a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across a global organisation.
Eligibility for a Swiss work permit.
