Why this role exists
Aepsy connects people in difficult moments with the right Swiss psychologist — fast, human, without the wait. We've grown by being warmer, clearer and more curated than the rest of the category. Now we're building the marketing engine that makes that scale.
This role is the operating brain of that engine. The Head of Marketing sets direction; you translate it into specific campaigns, content programs and partnerships — and you make them happen. You sit between strategy and execution. Equal parts campaign architect, project manager and creative producer.
The seat in one line – If you've ever wanted to build something that compounds — a real flywheel, not another funnel — this is the seat.
What you'll actually do
- Run the bi-weekly content engine. Plan sources. Source guests. Write briefs. Hold the team to schedule. One long-form interview becomes 8–10 channel-specific assets every two weeks — and you make sure that happens.
- Translate brand into campaigns. Quarterly programs that turn our brand pillars into specific moments — launches, partnerships, seasonal beats.
- Carry earned media. Own relationships with Swiss outlets — Tages-Anzeiger, SRF, 20 Minuten, Watson, Persoenlich. Pitch our founder. Place our stories. Build PR rhythm into something predictable.
- Manage projects end-to-end. Co-marketing with insurance partners. Quarterly live events in Zürich, Bern, Lausanne. External shoots. Founder podcast appearances. You hold the calendar, deadlines and relationships.
- Hold the editorial line. Three audiences (clients, providers, employers), three tonalities, one voice. You keep B2C warmth and B2B substance in the same brand.
Who we're looking for
You're a builder, not a coordinator. You see a complex program and know how to make it move. You write briefs that yield the right output, and you run a calendar that other creatives respect.
Required
- 2–3 years in marketing, ideally with creative-agency or content-studio time.
- Strong campaign and channel thinking — you understand LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, podcasting and email at a working level.
- Excellent project management — you can hold a complex calendar, deliver against deadlines, and pull work from creative people without burning the relationship.
- Excellent written German and English. French an advantage.
- Proactive, outgoing, can-do energy — this is a builder seat.
- Clear written communication — briefs, pitches, founder LinkedIn ghostwriting.
Strongly preferred
- Background in creative agency, brand consultancy, content studio or editorial publication
- Experience in a trust-heavy category (mental health, healthcare, finance, education)
- Live event production experience — you've owned at least one 100+ guest event end-to-end
- Existing Swiss media network
- (Swiss) German native or fluent
