The Lead Engineer - Steam Turbine Product Service will lead or significantly contribute to projects and initiatives with broad scope and potentially high impact to the PS business. This engineer will work together with multiple cross functional teams and customers to provide innovative solutions to steam turbine related issues, develop robust, cost-effective solutions to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation meeting customer needs as well as the needs of the business. This engineer will support Engineering Request workstream primarily with occasional Root Cause Analysis investigations and Corrective Action planning as the fleet findings dictate.
The Steam Turbine Product Service Lead Engineer will lead or significantly contribute to the execution of projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in a specialized field. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise and contribute to the overall business strategy.
The salary range for this position is 98 400,00 - 131 200,00 - 164 000,00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
