Nous recherchons un(e) Guest Service Expert passionné(e) par le service et l’expérience client afin de rejoindre notre équipe Food & Beverage.
Nos métiers ne consistent pas simplement à servir des plats et des boissons. Nous voulons offrir à nos clients une expérience chaleureuse, fluide et mémorable. En tant que Guest Service Expert, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction de nos clients en assurant un service attentif, professionnel et personnalisé.
Vos missions principales :
- Accueillir et accompagner les clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité
- Assurer le service des boissons et des plats dans le respect des standards Marriott
- Préparer et dresser les tables
- Communiquer efficacement avec la cuisine et les différentes équipes
- Maintenir les espaces de travail propres et organisés
- Veiller à la satisfaction des clients tout au long de leur expérience
- Respecter les procédures d’hygiène, de sécurité et les standards qualité de l’établissement
Profil recherché :
- Une première expérience en restauration ou en hôtellerie est un plus
- Excellent sens du service client
- Présentation soignée et excellente communication
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique
- Flexibilité horaire (week-ends et jours fériés inclus)
