Your Impact:
Within the CRM team, the internship is responsible for strategically advancing our targeted client outreach and creating exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing industrial environment within the luxury sector. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, retail and digital teams to analyze data, improve processes, and contribute to project success.
Day-to-Day Missions
Operational and Marketing Responsibilities (70%)
- Contributing to the planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns across the full customer journey.
- Adapting and optimizing newsletters and other CRM communications in line with local market requirements and international brand guidelines.
Data and Insights (30%)
- Supporting segmentation, analysis, and interpretation of customer data to derive targeted marketing actions
- KPI tracking, reporting, and measuring the success of CRM activities.
- Supporting the development and quality assurance of the CRM database.
The intern will be coordinating with Retail, E-Commerce and Product Marketing teams to ensure a 360° client experience and taking on independent projects throughout the internship process.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a comparable field.
- Initial practical experience in marketing, CRM, or related areas (internships or working student roles).
- Strong computer skills: PowerPoint and Excel skills are must. Adobe and Sales Force skills are desired.
- Good sense of aesthetics and audience-appropriate messaging as well as strong communication skills.
- Analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, structured way of working and attention to detail.
- Initiation, creativity and team spirit.
- Fluent in English, German and French (written and spoken). Italian knowledge is desired.
