We are looking for an Expert Global Production Master Data (f/m/d) to join our team and help lay the foundation for a connected, efficient, and future-ready global production environment where data makes the difference.

What tasks will you perform?
You will:
- work in a dynamic, globally operating team and collaborate across sites with production, engineering, and digitalization functions.
- coordinate complex alignments within an international production network.
- define, maintain, and ensure the quality of production master data, including variant configuration, and ensure consistent data structures throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- contribute to and optimize standards, processes, and continuous improvements in master data maintenance, driving global harmonization, standardization, and the further development of underlying process logic.
- take responsibility as a (sub-)project manager in product development projects for the global industrialization of new products and steer cross-site introduction and rollout activities within the international manufacturing network.
ensure coordination and implementation of changes across the entire product lifecycle as a product-responsible manufacturing planner.

What do we expect from you?
You:
- hold a degree in a technical field (e.g., production engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar) and have at least 8 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, with proven experience in production-related engineering, master data and industrialization roles, as well as international experience.
- bring strong expert knowledge in maintaining SAP production master data, particularly in routings, bills of materials, and variant configuration, along with a deep understanding of SAP ERP as a central system for managing and integrating core processes such as materials management, production planning, logistics, and master data.
- have proven experience in implementing, rolling out, or further developing SAP ME in a variant-rich manufacturing environment and are experienced in the operational implementation of complex system and process dependencies between the shop floor, SAP ME and SAP ERP.
- have at least 8 years of experience in project management and in the industrialization of new products, the introduction of new products, processes, or technologies, as well as cross-site rollouts in an international environment.
- possess a strong global mindset, intercultural competence, and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate complex topics in an international and decentralized production network. You can assess different requirements, priorities, processes, maturity levels, and local conditions of international production sites and translate them into sustainable, globally consistent, and implementable solutions.
- convince with a high level of communication, alignment, and integration skills across countries, functions, and locations, and have the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders with sometimes differing interests while sustainably harmonizing and optimizing global master data processes.
are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and work in a structured, responsible and team-oriented manner.
