Join us as a Senior Associate, Warehouse Methods, and make a tangible impact on supply chain efficiency. You'll lead process optimization projects that improve how we manage inventory, design workflows, and deliver results.
What will you do?

Optimize warehouse processes and layouts to drive productivity and cost efficiency

Manage continuous improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy and operational performance

Measure and analyze warehousing metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven solutions

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

For this Switzerland based position, the minimum of the pay is CHF 95'600 (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short-term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within the Switzerland. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
