This position is responsible for managing and performing key account management activities for selected Grocery & Retail Key Accounts, in Western Switzerland, in order to achieve set commercial targets and contribute to optimal customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive the Just Eat vision forward.
Managing and building relationships with a portfolio of key accounts in grocery & retail segment (e.g. big supermarket chains), to ensure the continuation of business and customer satisfaction
Onboarding & Trainings of new and existing stores including Troubleshooting
Developing and implementing account plans for the own key account(s) including expansion potential, Marketing activities and increasing of customer experience.
Leading or participating in the negotiations with key accounts and preparing proposals for contracts for potential partners.
Preparing, explaining and following-up on management reports (i.e. on sales performance), in line with requirements
Advising key accounts on how they can optimally make use of JETs solutions and offerings including Discounts, Deals, Stamp Cards, etc.
Local and Global Best Practice Transfer and Training allows you to maximize your performance.
Together with your colleagues in Grocery & Retail Team (4 People) you are developing this segment in Just Eat Switzerland.
Proven track record managing strategic/enterprise accounts in retail or gastronomy or a service oriented industry.
Language skills: Mother language French, Professional Level: English, other language skills like Italian and German would be highly appreciated and an advantage.

Client-focused: Prioritizing the needs and advocacy of our partners to ensure satisfaction.
Agile mindset: Displaying high flexibility while thriving within rapidly evolving business landscapes.

Technical skills: Digital/Tech savvy with G-Suite, Salesforce or other CRM Tools, Reporting Tools, AI-Tools (Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Coverage of Western Switzerland with willingness to travel within the Romandie Region and occasionally to Zurich and Ticino.
