About the role
Following on from our success in Gstaad we are opening a new shop in Rougemont and are looking for a hands-on production professional to run daily kitchen and bakery production.
The role includes breads, cakes, cookies, sandwiches and simple prepared items.
The focus is on organisation, consistency, and efficient execution, with some scope to contribute ideas and refine products over time.
This role suits someone who is practical, reliable, and comfortable working independently, as well as building and managing a small team in the future. This is a new project so we are looking for someone motivated to build
Responsibilities
Production
- Prepare breads, cakes, cookies, sandwiches, ice cream and other simple items like breakfast pots, toasties etc.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent output
- Opportunity to contribute to creating recipes
Organisation
- Manage daily production independently
- Plan workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- Build and manage a small team in the future
- Liaise with company-wide Head Chef
Shop support
- Ensure products are available and replenished
- Support smooth daily operations
Quality & hygiene
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Follow food safety procedures

Work environment
This is a small team environment requiring flexibility, independence and a hands-on approach.
Pay: CHF4’800.00 - CHF5’200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 1659 Rougemont, VD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Bakery Production: 3 years (Required)
