As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the governance and execution of the Supply Chain Operating Model by ensuring documentation, organizational data, and governance processes are accurate, up to date, and aligned with established standards.
You will play a critical role in maintaining governance repositories, supporting compliance monitoring activities, and executing governance routines that enable transparency, consistency, and operational effectiveness across the Supply Chain organization.
Working closely with senior compliance team members and cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of data quality, process discipline, and governance excellence.
Maintain and organize centralized repositories for Supply Chain operating model documentation, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Support the documentation and maintenance of governance frameworks, organizational structures, operating processes, and governance routines.
Ensure proper document management practices, including version control, record retention, and audit readiness.
Support compliance monitoring activities by reviewing documentation, organizational structures, and processes against established governance standards.
Identify inconsistencies, data quality issues, or documentation gaps and escalate findings to senior team members for assessment and resolution.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of governance forums, including agenda management, meeting materials, minutes, action tracking, and follow-up activities.
Support the documentation and communication of governance decisions, policies, organizational updates, and key actions.
Execute established governance routines with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
Collect, validate, and maintain organizational and operational data from multiple stakeholders and systems.
Support the preparation of governance reports, compliance trackers, dashboards, and other reporting requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across governance documentation and reporting tools.
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, People, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather information and maintain alignment across governance processes.
Provide administrative and analytical support to governance and compliance initiatives as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance processes, documentation standards, and data management practices.
Build knowledge of Supply Chain governance principles, operating model frameworks, and compliance requirements to support future growth and development.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in governance support, business operations, HR administration, data management, compliance, or a related environment.
Experience working with documentation management, reporting, or process administration is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with reporting, documentation, or workflow management tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
Process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution and governance discipline.
Eagerness to learn, develop expertise, and build knowledge of governance and operating model frameworks.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an asset.
