Main Responsibilities As a Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary contact for clients across Switzerland, dedicated to building and maintaining long-term relationships rooted in trust and discretion. By deeply understanding each client’s unique financial profile and objectives, you will coordinate tailored wealth management solutions leveraging the firm's multidisciplinary expertise.
You will play a key role in strengthening the firm's reputation by delivering premium service, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, and promoting solutions designed to preserve and grow clients’ assets over time.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting client meetings and ensuring meticulous, ongoing relationship follow-up.
Assessing financial situations and collaborating internally to structure suitable, bespoke wealth strategies.
Supporting seamless client onboarding processes and ensuring accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Monitoring market developments and regulatory shifts to provide clients with relevant, timely insights.
Identifying business development opportunities across Switzerland and actively expanding the client network.
Ensuring full, rigorous adherence to FINMA regulations and internal compliance standards.
Coordinating with internal specialists to deliver holistic support across all aspects of wealth management.
Education: No specific educational background is mandated; practical experience and exceptional interpersonal skills are valued equally.
Experience: A proven track record in client relationship management, preferably within the financial services or investment sector.
Languages: Strong communication skills in English are required; proficiency in German, Spanish, or other languages is a strong plus.
