Job Description:
Join our manufacturing operations team as an Assistant Manager, Maintenance Operations Supervision. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, drive equipment reliability, and play a key role in minimizing downtime while ensuring safety and compliance across all maintenance activities.
What will you do?

Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely execution of preventive and corrective work to maximize equipment uptime

Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and work permits while monitoring key performance indicators

Conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and escalate critical operational risks

Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards while coaching technicians to build their technical capabilities

For this Switzerland based position, the minimum of the pay is CHF 108'400 (Total Target Cash) per year. This pay includes base pay and short-term incentives or sales incentives. The compensation for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within the Switzerland. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
