We are looking for a Strategic Buyer Construction / Construction Services 80-100% (f/m/d) to join our team and further develop our global procurement activities while strategically managing complex construction projects.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
- develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services, focusing on cost optimization and risk management.
- manage the procurement of strategic investment projects, including new builds, conversions and refurbishments.
- oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from demand identification to invoice verification, including negotiations and contract management.
- act as a key point of contact for procurement topics across our global production sites.
- develop and manage the supplier portfolio and evaluate suppliers based on performance, quality and reliability.
collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and actively support site planning activities.

What do we expect from you?
You:
- hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction, facility management or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in procurement.
- bring at least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction services and project management in an international environment.
- have solid knowledge of RFI/RFP processes and the investment environment (CapEx); knowledge of SIA standards is an advantage.
- work in an analytical and structured manner and are able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- communicate confidently and negotiate effectively in German and English; French is a plus.
act independently and proactively and maintain an overview even under time pressure.
