As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in sustaining and governing the Supply Chain Operating Model, ensuring organizational structures, processes, governance routines, and documentation remain aligned with defined standards and compliance requirements.
You will be accountable for maintaining governance documentation, monitoring compliance, supporting governance forums, and providing analytical insights to drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain organization.
You will act as a trusted partner to Supply Chain, People, and Finance stakeholders while supporting the execution of governance activities and ensuring consistency across the organization.
Own and govern the Supply Chain Operating Model documentation, ensuring accuracy, standardization, audit readiness, and alignment with governance requirements.
Monitor adherence to Supply Chain Operating Model principles, governance standards, and organizational frameworks, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Review organizational structures, processes, and operating models to ensure compliance with approved governance guidelines and support the implementation of corrective actions where needed.
Act as the custodian of governance documentation, including organizational frameworks, decision-making processes, governance routines, and operating procedures.
Coordinate governance forums and leadership reviews by preparing materials, tracking actions, documenting decisions, and ensuring effective follow-up.
Maintain governance calendars, action trackers, and communication mechanisms to support efficient governance execution.
Monitor and report compliance with governance requirements, ensuring transparency and visibility of key risks, actions, and performance indicators.
Ensure organizational and structural changes are properly assessed, documented, and aligned with approved governance standards.
Maintain robust audit trails and supporting documentation for governance decisions, organizational changes, and compliance activities.
Analyze organizational and operational data to identify trends, compliance gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve operating model effectiveness.
Develop and maintain governance dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Serve as a trusted partner for Supply Chain governance topics, collaborating closely with People, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to drive alignment and consistency.
Support and guide junior analysts, ensuring high-quality execution, governance discipline, and adherence to established standards.
Drive continuous improvement by simplifying, standardizing, and enhancing governance processes, tools, reporting, and documentation practices.
Champion a culture of governance excellence, accountability, and compliance across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in governance, compliance, business operations, organizational design, or a related environment.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across functions and seniority levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an asset.
