As we continue to expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to take a leading role in bringing state-of-the-art AI technologies into our robotic products. Your Role
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will drive the development and integration of AI technologies across our robotics platforms. You will work closely with software, mechatronics and product teams to transform innovative ideas into reliable, production-ready solutions. Beyond implementation, you will help define our AI strategy, evaluate emerging technologies and influence the direction of our future products.
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop and deploy AI solutions for robotic applications
Lead the integration of LLMs and multi modal AI capabilities into our products
Develop machine learning and computer vision solutions for perception, interaction and autonomy
Optimize AI models for performance, robustness and deployment on real-world robotic systems
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for product innovation
Collaborate closely with software, electronics and mechanical engineering teams
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and AI best practices across the organization
Act as an internal and external ambassador for AI, helping shape and communicate the vision for how AI will transform our products, customer solutions and future roadmap
Mentor and support other engineers in AI-related topics
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning or related software engineering roles
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern software development practices
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
Experience with one or more of the following: LLMs, RAG, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Multimodal AI, ROS / ROS2 or Isaac Sim
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to deployment
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience deploying AI models on edge devices or embedded systems
Experience with C++ or Rust
Previous experience in a startup, scale-up or deep-tech environment
