We are seeking a talented and driven Integrated Marketing Senior Specialist, Portfolio Brands EMEA (9-Month Maternity Cover) to join our Marketing EMEA team in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Fossil Group’s portfolio brands across the EMEA region. You will act as a key link between Global Marketing teams and regional stakeholders, driving the successful localization, implementation, and optimization of seasonal campaigns that support both brand growth and commercial objectives.
This is a hybrid position based in our Basel office. You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Global Marketing Director.
What you will do in this role:
Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of EMEA go-to-market plans aligned with global seasonal brand strategies.
- Partner with Global Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams to align on seasonal priorities, key product focus areas, and business objectives.
- Localize global campaigns, assets, and messaging to maximize relevance and impact across EMEA markets.
- Manage campaign calendars, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate the review and approval of regional marketing plans with Global Marketing, EMEA commercial teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in brand storytelling and campaign execution across all regional touchpoints.
- Coordinate campaign readiness across multiple channels, including media, PR, influencer marketing, retail, and digital platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Creative, and other regional stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing programs.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between global and regional teams throughout campaign planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand campaigns and retail activation plans.
- Support regional markets with campaign toolkits, assets, best practices, and implementation guidance.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analyses, insights, and recommendations.
- Track key KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of marketing processes, tools, and ways of working.
Budget & Agency Management
- Support the planning, tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation of EMEA marketing budgets.
- Maintain budget visibility and ensure spending remains aligned with approved plans.
- Coordinate with media, PR, influencer, and other agency partners to support high-quality campaign execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and agency workflows to ensure efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, campaign management, or go-to-market functions, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and multi-channel campaign execution across regional or international markets.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects through completion.
- Effective communicator who can build alignment across global, regional, and agency partners.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
