About the Role: Join our infrastructure team to help build, scale, and secure the cloud environments that host the InvestGlass platform. As a DevOps / Cloud Engineer, you will be critical in ensuring our systems are highly available, performant, and compliant with Swiss data sovereignty standards. You will work on automating deployments, monitoring system health, managing database backups, and fortifying our security posture. This role bridges the gap between development and operations, requiring you to build CI/CD pipelines that empower our developers to ship code quickly and safely. - Manage, monitor, and scale our cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring maximum uptime and performance for our global client base.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process and ensure reliable deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Ensure system security, implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions, and manage disaster recovery and backup protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and plan for future capacity needs.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and understanding of cloud networking and security best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and experience with Linux system administration.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, ELK stack, Prometheus) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
