We’re looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day operation, optimization, and growth of our online stores. This role will manage the Shopify ecosystem, executing product and content updates, conversion performance, support international expansion and ensure a seamless customer experience across storefronts. The ideal candidate is highly-detail oriented, analytical and comfortable executing, with a customer-first mindset for driving online sales.
Ecommerce & Website Management

Manage the ecommerce platform, including accurate product listings, content publishing, localization, product discoverability and onsite experience

Ensure all website content aligns with brand voice while maintaining accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices

Execute website product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns across multiple markets

Identify and implement updates to improve functionality, usability, new features, and sales optimization

Maintain platform configurations, app integrations, troubleshooting and overall website functionality

Manage analytics, tracking implementation (pixels, tagging) and conversion measurement

Ensure storefront compliance with data privacy, accessibility and best practice

Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless ecommerce operations and customer experience including inventory, shipping, and customer service
Analytics & Performance Optimization

Manage website performance and overall user experience

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across ecommerce and websites

Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and inform decision-making

Execute A/B testing initiatives across the customer journey to improve conversion rate and user experience

Translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
Critical:

~7 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms and website performance

Experience with Shopify including themes, metafields, apps, integrations and storefront operations

Hands-on execution and detail-oriented

Proven track record of growing ecommerce revenue

Analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics (or similar)

Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills in a remote-work environment

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
Highly Desirable:

Ecommerce experience with multiple websites and international markets

Familiarity with Google tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Merchant Center, etc.)

Strong understanding content publishing requirements

Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (most development work is handled by an external agency)
