Job Description
Now we’re looking for you: a Self motivated Sales Support professional with platform savvy and a hands-on mindset to oversee structured products transactions on our ELUS platform.
What you'll do as a Structured Products Sales Support:

Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions, from initial pricing and execution through to post-trade processes, including brokerage coordination.

Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, offering first-line support on trade-related and technical matters, as well as ensuring timely settlement.

Handle client requests linked to both primary and secondary market activities, ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Assist the sales team by following up with clients, reviewing term sheets, and managing communication with issuers and custodian banks.

Compile and analyze trade execution data, monitor financial markets and industry developments to identify potential opportunities, and prepare weekly investment summaries (RUNs) for clients.
What you'll need as a Structured Products Sales Support:

Research and resolve queries raised by external vendors and partners.

Take ownership of incidents, respond directly to clients, and manage resolutions end-to-end.

Deliver professional support in technical troubleshooting, helping users resolve system-related issues effectively.

Identify root causes of recurring problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.

Offer feedback to enhance internal processes and contribute ideas for improving product performance and user experience.
