Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer (Junior / Professional) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that products, services, and operational activities meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities-
Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments of products, materials, and processes.

Monitor compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Perform root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Review and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Participate in supplier quality evaluations and incoming material inspections.

Analyze quality data and prepare reports, metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with production, engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve quality issues.

Support internal and external audits and assist in the implementation of audit findings.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & ExperienceJunior Level-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

0-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Construction, or a related industry.

Basic understanding of quality management principles and standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional Level
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of relevant QA/QC experience.

Experience with Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001.

Proven experience in audits, inspections, non-conformance management, and CAPA processes.

Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma).

Experience working in regulated, industrial, manufacturing, construction, energy, or engineering environments.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications-
Certification in Quality Management or Quality Engineering (e.g., ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent).

Experience with ERP and quality management software.

Knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
