About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Intern to join our Geneva office and support the development of AI agents, digital workers, and automation workflows. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced AI professionals, gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies, and contribute to real-world projects that create meaningful impact across multiple countries and sectors.
The role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about rapidly evolving AI technologies and excited to build practical AI-driven automation solutions. Furthermore, this role gives the intern firsthand experience in the emerging field of AI for health, offering a highly collaborative and interactive setting alongside established professionals in this field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI agents and autonomous workflow automation
- Support the implementation of LLM-based applications and AI-powered solutions
- Support project management and coordination of global initiatives, projects, and proof-of-concept activities across various international organizations and countries
- Collaborate cross-functionally across testing and product management teams
- Assist with API integrations and connecting external tools and data sources
- Support the deployment, testing, monitoring, and evaluation of new AI use cases and solutions
- Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Help document experiments, learnings, and reusable components
- Collaborate with AI architect on system design and implementation
Preferred Exposure (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Exposure to Health / Government Sector
Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, digital transformation, emerging technologies, functional software testing and product management.
- Ability to work effectively across global projects and diverse, international teams.
- Basic knowledge of Python, data analysis, or software development concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs and basic software development concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working across both technical and business topics.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to explore new ideas and opportunities
- Language skills: bilingual English/ French
- Swiss or eligible EU citizens (non-UK) with a valid B/C permit for Switzerland
