Data Scientist (m/f/d)

As a Data Scientist, you will transform large-scale real-world data into meaningful insights that improve products, patient journeys, and business decisions. Working within an interdisciplinary, agile R&D environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, product marketing, and business stakeholders to develop innovative data-driven solutions for the hearing care industry. More about the role

Translate business and stakeholder requirements into data-driven analytics and digital solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Develop machine learning models and advanced analytics using large-scale real-world product data to enhance products, applications, and customer experiences.
Apply statistical methods and AI techniques to health-related datasets to generate actionable clinical and business insights.
Analyze user behavior and product usage data to better understand customer needs, preferences, and patient journeys.
Support the development, governance, and maintenance of data catalogues and data assets.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary R&D, engineering, product management, and business teams in an agile environment.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, identifying opportunities to translate innovation into product features and business value.

More about you

Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD is an advantage.
4+ years of industry experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, predictive modelling, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, Azure, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.
Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and modern data architectures.
Experience within MedTech, healthcare, pharma, or a related scientific field such as psychology, audiology, or health sciences is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Passion for innovation with a strong interest in applying the latest AI developments to real-world healthcare challenges.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
