We are seeking a risk professional to support our Third-Party Risk Management unit. The Third Party Risk Management unit as second line of defence function maintains and develops the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with the Risk Management Framework. This position reports to the Head of TPRM, who is the Global Policy Owner (GPO) of third party risk-related policies as well as the Risk Type Owner (RTO) of the risk type “Third Party Management Risk (incl. intragroup services)”.
Support the end-to-end implementation and global rollout of the Group’s third-party risk management framework in line with the defined roadmap
Define business use cases and functional requirements for IT implementations and AI-enabled solutions; design and execute test procedures for infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
Assist the RTO in portfolio risk assessments, operational case reviews, control monitoring, and international regulatory reporting; drive timely follow-up on action items, incidents, and escalation flags
Compile, validate, and prepare quantitative and qualitative reporting packages for committees and key stakeholders
Maintain and update central documentation (Wiki pages, procedures, templates, intranet), develop training materials, and deliver training sessions to ensure consistent adoption across locations
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, track progress on framework implementation, and conduct quality checks on resolution strategies and exit plans globally
University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics / law)
Broad and practical experience in non-financial risk management, with a minimum of 3-5 years within management consulting or accounting / law firm
Sound knowledge of outsourcing/third party risk regulations and industry best practices
Familiarity with ServiceNow for process automation, ticketing, and IT service management workflows.
Able to formulate clear business requirements for IT implementations and AI use cases within the TPRM related applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements .
Strong “hands on” analytical and project delivery capabilities, with the ability to turn concepts into practical, implementable solutions
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Proven ability to rapidly learn new concepts and ideas, and integrate and assimilate information of various levels of complexity and relationships across broad, multifunctional content areas
Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
Fluency in German and English, any further language is an advantage
