We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels. The role also includes collaboration with the content team in the production and organisation of visual and written content used in campaigns and client-facing materials.
You will act as a key link between campaign planning, content production, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders (marketing, design, content, and external partners)
- Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and project documentation
- Monitor campaign performance and help compile basic reporting insights
Content Support & Production
- Collaborate with the content team to plan and produce campaign assets (e.g. social media content, short-form video, visuals, captions, and blog materials)
- Assist in organizing and scheduling content shoots (internal or external)
- Support filming processes, including coordination of participants, locations, and logistics
- Help prepare raw materials for editing (sorting footage, organizing files, tagging content)
- Contribute ideas for creative concepts aligned with campaign goals
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders (marketing, design, content, and external partners)
- Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs and project documentation
- Monitor campaign performance and help compile basic reporting insights
Requirements
- Interest or background in marketing, communications, media, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Good communication skills in French & English
