For the HR department at our factory in Klingnau, we are looking for a new member starting on June 1st, 2026 or by agreement:
HR Manager(s) 40-60%
With the relevant expertise and experience, you will be responsible for the entire HR process in this exciting and diverse role and will be the point of contact for all employees and managers of de Sede AG regarding personnel matters. You will also support the management team with administrative tasks.
Your tasks:

Personnel recruitment and selection in cooperation with the department heads.
- Processing of the time management system and management of absences
- Assistance with monthly payroll processing
- Maintenance of personnel files and master data
- Drafting contracts, job descriptions, regulations, certificates and confirmations
- Obtaining work permits and clarifying correspondence with authorities
- Processing of accident, illness and EO allowance cases
- Planning and organization of company events and employee events
- Point of contact for employees, employees covered by the collective bargaining agreement, and managers in all personnel matters.
- Administrative tasks in the field of human resources
- Supervision of commercial apprentices as a vocational trainer in cooperation with practical trainers

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with further education as an HR specialist or equivalent qualification
- Vocational trainer diploma or willingness to obtain one
- Several years of professional experience in human resources, especially in payroll
- Sound knowledge of labor and social law
- Good German and English skills
- Good IT skills (Office 365) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are an advantage.
- Organizational talent and quick comprehension
- Empathy and strong social skills in dealing with employees
Good manners, well-groomed appearance, independent and precise work ethic
