Communication Specialist:
The Communication Specialist will support product communication and digital marketing campaigns, from content development and campaign execution to performance analysis and optimization. As part of the Corporate Communication team of an international company, the role also provides broad involvement in the full spectrum of communication activities, including press and media relations, internal communication, corporate and financial communication, events, and sustainability. Working closely with corporate functions, international affiliates, and external partners, the position offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of communication within a global organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
develop and deliver communication campaigns supporting products, solutions, launches, and key marketing initiatives across international markets;
create and coordinate content across digital and traditional channels, adapting messages to different audiences and communication objectives;
manage digital campaign activities and performance, using KPIs, analytics, and reporting to assess effectiveness and drive optimization;
contribute to corporate communication initiatives across press and media relations, internal and financial communication, sustainability, and events;
manage communication projects and stakeholders across corporate functions, international affiliates, agencies, and external partners.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relation or a related field;
approximately 3 years of professional experience in communication and/or marketing, preferably within a communication, marketing, or digital agency;
experience in product communication and digital marketing campaigns, including campaign execution, KPI analysis, and performance reporting;
hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, social media tools, CMS, and project management platforms;
understanding of B2B communication and ability to communicate complex products or solutions clearly and effectively;
fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage ;
interest in the medical device and healthcare industry;
previous industry experience is an advantage but not required.
