YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting for several group companies in Switzerland, Germany and Italy
- Payment runs, bank reconciliations and account reconciliations in day-to-day operations
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
- HR administration: maintenance of employee data, employment contracts, holiday and absence tracking
- Support with payroll and social insurance settlements (AHV/SUVA/BVG/UVG)
- Digital document management and structured filing organization
- Internal IT coordination: first-level support, device management, software updates and onboarding of new employees
- Support in managing the real estate portfolio: rental inquiries, contract monitoring, tenant changes and handovers
- Vacancy management with the objective of achieving full occupancy of residential properties
- Coordination with external facility management providers and review of supplier invoices
WHAT YOU BRING
- Commercial vocational training (EFZ) with further education in accounting, or equivalent practical experience
- Initial professional experience in finance, accounting or real estate
- Confident use of MS 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with accounting software, such as Abacus, is an advantage
- Interest in digital tools and willingness to quickly learn new systems
- Affinity for IT-related tasks, including hardware, software, support and onboarding, is a clear plus
- Advantageous: knowledge or experience in German and/or Italian accounting or employment law
- Confident communication in English is required as Labaxetta AG operates internationally; additional languages, such as Italian and fluent German, are welcome
- Reliable, precise working style and a strong service-oriented mindset
