Tu accueilles la clientèle à bord de nos cars postaux et tu la conseilles pour toute question relative aux prix et aux horaires.
Le contact avec les personnes que tu transportes enrichit ton quotidien de rencontres passionnantes et tu t’attaches à créer des expériences positives pour notre clientèle.
En tant que conductrice ou conducteur, tu fais bien plus que déplacer ton véhicule sur la route. En contact direct avec la clientèle, chaque jour t’apporte son lot de situations nouvelles et variées.

Pour ce poste, tu dois être en possession d’un permis de conduire de catégorie D ainsi que d’une carte de qualification de conducteur.
La fiabilité et le plaisir d’être en contact quotidien avec la clientèle comptent parmi tes points forts.
Tu as de bonnes connaissances en français et tu es à l’aise avec les appareils numériques.

Nous procédons à un examen minutieux de ton dossier. Si tu corresponds au profil recherché, nous prendrons contact avec toi dans un délai de deux - trois semaines.
2. Entretien téléphonique
Nous nous réjouissons de faire plus ample connaissance lors d’un premier entretien téléphonique.
3. Assessment en ligne
Dans le cadre d'un assessment en ligne de 30 à 90 minutes, tu effectues différents exercices et tu réponds à des questions spécifiques. Ainsi, nous en apprenons plus sur ta personnalité et sur ton niveau de performance.
4. Premier entretien et journée découverte
Nous nous réjouissons de faire ta connaissance dans le cadre d’un premier entretien en présentiel dans nos locaux. Nous t’offrons en outre la possibilité de faire une journée découverte chez nous. Cela te permettra de te faire une idée du métier et des personnes qui composent la Poste.
5. Deuxième entretien
Lors d'un deuxième entretien, nous avons le plaisir de t'accueillir en personne dans nos locaux.
6. Décision finale
