At the Rollers Mini-golf Bar, located in the heart of Basel (Gerbergasse), we are looking for a dynamic and motivated bar staff.
Rollers Mini-Golf Bar is an indoor entertainment venue combining a cinematic-themed mini-golf course with a bar experience. Each of the 12 holes is inspired by a different film, creating a fun and immersive course based on movie references.
The concept allows guests to eat and drink while playing, with tables placed alongside the course. Drinks, cocktails, and snacks are available throughout the experience.
Employee tasks
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact
- Explain the concept of the venue and introduce guests to the mini-golf experience
- Serve drinks and snacks, and prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Accurately process sales and payments using the cash register
- Ensure the venue is well-presented, clean, and inviting at all times
- Carry out end-of-day cleaning and setup for the following day
- Maintain the overall condition of the establishment and report or address maintenance needs when required
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders as needed
- Take ownership of the smooth daily operation of the venue
Employee requirements
- Fluent in German (mandatory); French or English is an advantage
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experience in a bar or customer service role is a plus
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a team setting
- Basic cash handling and numerical skills
Pay: CHF25.00 per hour
