Job Description

Für den Bereich Operational Services innerhalb des Departements Engineering suchen wir eine/n

Technical Expert 100%

für die Durchführung und Dokumentation von periodischen und Inbetriebnahme Prüfungen (Qualifizierungen und Requalifizierung) unserer Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen, Reinräumen und Laborgeräten.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

Durchführung und Auswertung von Messungen zu Requalifizierungen von Produktions-Anlagen

Erstellen von Testplänen und Berichten für die Durchführung von Qualifizierungen bei Laborgeräten (papierlos im Kneat System)

Unterstützung bei Unterhalt von Mess-Systemen des Teams

Beurteilung von Kalibrierzertifikaten und Anlagenprüfberichten

Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Vorschriften (SOPs) im Bereich Anlagenrequalifizierung

Beurteilung von Änderungsanträgen für Produktionsanlagen im Qualitäts Management System TrackWise

Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung:

BSc. in relevanter Disziplin (Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie) oder Ausbildung als Techniker/in im Bereich Lebensmittel-, Bio-, Pharmatechnologie oder Chemie

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld in der Pharmaindustrie oder vergleichbar

Gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen „Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)“ Prinzipien

Erfahrungen mit Anforderungen von FDA und EMA

Sehr gute Deutsch- und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse

Als Fachperson im Bereich Anlagen-Requalifizierung arbeitest Du in einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion im Team und hast Einblick in alle Bereiche unserer Produktions- und Infrastrukturanlagen.
