Financial Leadership & Performance Management:
Financial Oversight & Cost Controlmanage and monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, cost-centerperformance but also drive cost-efficiency through variance analysis (material, labour, overhead).
Performance Reporting & Analysis:Lead the site'sactualand forecasting processes.Prepare,analyze, and report key operational and financial KPIs. Proactivelyhighlightsrisks and opportunities to enabletimelydecision-makingand target delivery.
Governance, Compliance & Process Optimization:
Strategic Business Partnership & Cost Management:
Cost optimization culture across the organization,empowering stakeholders with clearand proactivecost ownership,identifyingsignificant opportunities for absolute cost reduction, and directly contributing tonet productivityand the achievement of critical financial targets.
What you will bring:
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
Technicalexpertisein financial planning and performance management including analyzing,planningand reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investmentdecisionsand cost management to achieve financial targets.
Business Acumenand understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.
Qualification &requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (required),master’sdegree (MBA, MSc)or professional certification (CMA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
