We are looking for a hands-on Junior Graphic Designer to create high-quality marketing, brand, and campaign assets across digital, social, web, presentations, and print.
At RealWear, we build voice-first, hands-free computing for frontline teams in industrial environments. Our devices and software help people work with real-time information while keeping their hands on the task and their eyes up.
About the role
We're looking for a designer who can turn ideas, briefs, and rough inputs into clean, useful visual assets. You will support day-to-day marketing design, campaign production, presentations, event materials, and multi-page documents.
This is a practical execution role. You will create, adapt, polish, and deliver assets across channels. You should be comfortable working fast, taking feedback, keeping brand consistency, and using modern tools, including AI, to improve speed and output.
What you’ll do
- Create digital and static assets for social media, newsletters, presentations, ads, web, and print
- Develop graphics, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and visual treatments for campaign and brand communication
- Design marketing, PR, business-development, event, and partnership materials
- Build and adapt campaign templates, decks, motion assets, and multi-page documents
- Prepare files for digital distribution and print
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity and marketing design system
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into strong visual outputs
- Support photo, video, motion, and content production where needed
- Build scalable creative workflows, templates, and frameworks that help teams produce content more efficiently
How we work
- You’ll work closely with the creative director and collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries.
- Clear priorities, fast feedback loops, and reliable execution matter more than complicated presentations.
- We move quickly, so you need to be comfortable with shifting priorities and imperfect inputs.
- Good design judgment matters, but so does getting things finished.
Role details
- Location: Hybrid, Bern Switzerland
- Start date: August
- Workload: 50-100%
What you bring
- Strong portfolio showing design projects, layouts, reports, campaign assets, and visual styles
- Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, composition, and design best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally Figma
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and deliver polished, professional layouts
- Experience with reports, infographics, presentations, brochures, or stakeholder documents
- Familiarity with motion graphics, video assets, or animation is a plus
- Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines
- Curiosity for AI tools and a willingness to test new creative workflows
- Reliable, proactive, and able to own specific timelines and deliverables
- Interest in communication and content, not just visual execution
What you’ll get
- Direct collaboration with the marketing team and access to real projects
- A broad mix of design work across brand, campaign, web, decks, documents, and events
- Room to experiment with AI-assisted creative workflows
- Practical, hands-on experience with visible output
- Collaboration with an international team
- The chance to help shape how marketing design and the brand gets produced, organized, and scaled
