Du stellst gemeinsam mit Entwickler: innen die kontinuierliche Qualität unseres Produkts bis zur Application Integration sicher
Du konzipierst und pflegst anspruchsvolle Tests für unsere Applikation bis zur Application Integration auf Basis von Anforderungen und Risiken und dokumentierst Testspezifikationen sowie Ergebnisse in den entsprechenden Testmanagement-Tools
Du automatisierst Regressionstests für APIs, Web-Anwendungen und Voicebot-Funktionalitäten und entwickelst die bestehende Testautomation kontinuierlich weiter
Du testest Sprachdialoge und Voicebot-Funktionalitäten und berücksichtigst dabei unterschiedliche Sprachen, Formulierungen und Kundensituationen
