Marketing & Operations Specialist:
The Marketing & Operations Specialist supports the design, documentation and continuous improvement of the operational procedures that organize the day-to-day work of the Marketing & Sales departments. Reporting directly to the Group VP Marketing, the role focuses on process, coordination, and organization rather than commercial activities, and works closely with central teams – with the opportunity to collaborate actively with the Group’s subsidiaries worldwide. The position is designed as a growth path: starting from a defined scope of support and coordination, it is expected to progressively take ownership of processes and projects – developing, governing, and ultimately leading key operational initiatives as the person grows in autonomy and seniority.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
map, document, and help maintain the operational procedures (SOPs and work instructions) used across the Marketing & Sales departments, and support their implementation;
support interdepartmental and interdivisional initiatives, coordinating tasks, timelines, and follow-ups under the guidance of the manager;
help maintain and improve the CRM and intranet, gathering requirements and supporting day-to-day use, data quality, and basic user training;
coordinate the preparation, review, publication, and updating of operational and marketing documentation, ensuring proper versioning and accessibility;
coordinate the translation and localization of materials, liaising with vendors and tracking deadlines and terminology consistency;
liaise with the Group’s local subsidiaries to share procedures, gather needs, and support the consistent adoption of processes and tools across markets;
keep processes, templates, and shared resources well organized, and proactively propose practical improvements to ways of working.
The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills
Master degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
up to two years of professional experience (recent graduates considered), with a genuine interest in processes, operations, and organization within a structured environment;
experience or exposure to programming is welcome – valued mainly for the structured, problem-solving mindset it develops, more than for coding itself;
familiarity with CRM systems and/or intranet/collaboration platforms;
exposure to process mapping, project coordination, or business process improvement (e.g., internships or academic projects);
interest in the medical device, healthcare, or another regulated industry, with awareness of quality and documentation practices (e.g., ISO 13485);
familiarity with workflow automation and AI tools;
fluent in English.
Soft Skills
strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach;
strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to team building, and is comfortable coordinating across teams;
good communication skills.
