Site Operations Controller Ingredients in Vernier - Your future role?
As a Site Operations Controller Ingredients in Vernier, you will provide business support to the local operations manager to ensure compliance. You will serve as a member of the Site Operations Management Team enabling full finance integration into operations, support and drive for process improvement initiatives at a site level and active involvement and challenge of business decisions.
You will report directly to the Regional Operations Controller for EMEA, and will be based in our Vernier site.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Partnering:
Make sure that the Operations team is aware of all the risks and opportunities which impact the performance of Operations.
Propose mitigation actions and ensure the execution of these actions after alignment.
Business Insight:
Provide Operations Management with interpretive and predictive operational and financial information on which to make business decisions.
Perform ad-hoc and pro-active analyses of the monthly KPIs and provide Operational Management with the business performance insight.
Investments:
Drive the investment process within the site, including validation of the business cases.
Ensure approval and follow up on executed investments to stay within scope and budget.

Financial Performance Analysis:
Participate in forecasting and mid to long term planning for the factory. This includes supporting the site management in the development and analysis of business plans, budgets, forecasts, cost savings opportunities and performing regular cost centers and investment reviews and follow-ups, driving resolutions of variance issues.

Your professional profile includes:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or professional accountancy qualification
5+ years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
Ability to simplify complex matters into easy to understand dialogue with business partners
Strong communication skills to establish trust and credibility
Fluency in French and English
Strong knowledge of MS office applications (Excel & PPT) and ERP systems (ideally SAP FICO)
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels
