About the Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, within the Culinary Department, the Demi-Chef de Partie assists in the preparation, production, and presentation of dishes for our restaurant Ottolenghi. The Demi-Chef de Partie reports directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

As Demi-Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

Carry out food preparation

Comply with and ensure quality and productivity standards

Dispatch various orders

Comply with HACCP standards and the MOHG Group’s hygiene procedures

Collect the ordered products

Ensure the premises and work surfaces are kept clean

As Demi-Chef de Partie we expect from you:

A passion for culinary arts and attention to detail.

Previous kitchen experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred.

Team spirit, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.

Good communication skills and a flexible attitude.

A valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
