Proche du terrain, tu accompagnes tes équipes grâce à un coaching régulier et un management de proximité.
Tu animes la dynamique commerciale de ta région, contribues à la stratégie commerciale et en assures le déploiement afin d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Orienté développement, tu identifies de nouvelles opportunités et mets en œuvre des actions ciblées de prospection et d’acquisition. Ceci en proposant des solutions innovantes ainsi que des initiatives adaptées au calendrier et aux évolutions du marché.
Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe
Une formation commerciale, idéalement complétée par la certification AFA, ou la volonté de l’obtenir.
Une solide expérience dans la vente ainsi qu’une expérience confirmée en management d’équipe.
Un réel intérêt pour le développement des talents et l’accompagnement des collaborateurs vers la réussite collective.
D’excellentes capacités à convaincre, fédérer et mobiliser autour d’objectifs ambitieux.
