Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues is Geneva’s first hotel and a landmark, blending contemporary and classic decor, steps away from the lake, the Old Town and the famous Quartier des Banques with a beautiful view of the Jet d'Eau. A state of the art Spa and a vibrant F&B operation complement the exceptional service provided by our extraordinary team.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and motivated Public Relations & Marketing Trainee to support the team in the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives. This role offers a hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, contributing to brand visibility, digital presence, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Development

Contribute to the ideation and development of marketing and PR projects
Assist in developing storytelling angles and content strategies across channels

2. Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design marketing collaterals including:
- Restaurant and bar menus
- Visuals for hotel, spa, and F&B outlets
- Flyers, brochures, and digital assets
Adapt and update existing materials in line with brand guidelines
Create visual content for social media (posts, stories, digital presence)

3. Administrative & Internal Communication

Manage administrative tasks such as:
- Purchase orders
- Billing and invoice follow-up
- Contracts preparation and filing
- Reservation coordination for media and partners
Support communication with the creation of (newsletters and other tools)

4. Photo & Video Shoot Coordination

Assist in planning and coordination of photo and video shoots
Liaise with photographers, videographers, and internal teams
Prepare shot lists and ensure brand consistency
Support logistics during shooting days

5. Digital & Online Presence

Update website content (images, descriptions, promotions)
Support digital campaigns and online activations
Monitor accuracy of online content across platforms
Upload content for spa, restaurants, and hotel pages

Profile & Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Hospitality, or related field
Strong interest in Public Relations, branding, and Marketing
Good knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Languages

Fluent in English (mandatory)
French is a strong advantage
Additional languages are a plus

Internship Conditions

Internship agreement with a Swiss school/university
Monthly compensation
Meals provided during working hours

Valid Swiss work/student permit required
