Your Impact:
Within the Training team, the internship is responsible for strategically advancing our targeted client outreach and creating exceptional customer experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing industrial environment within the luxury sector. The intern will collaborate closely with marketing, retail and digital teams.
INTERN TRAINING & EDUCATION 100% (M/W/D)
Based in Zürich, Switzerland
Starting from September/October 2026 or upon agreement for 6 to 12 months, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training coordination, event management and data maintenance and analysis within a luxury brand environment.
Day-to-Day Missions
Learning App Management & Data Analysis:
- Support the back office with Learning App
- Analyze Learning App data using Power BI to identify and propose areas for improvement.
Training Event & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate the creation, implementation, and follow-up of logistics for major training events.
- Develop and manage an online tool for participant registration and follow-up for all training sessions.
Training Material & Equipment Management:
- Coordinate training material needs (planning, orders, delivery follow-up).
- Coordinate, prepare, and distribute training support materials to trainers and points of sale as needed.
- Ensure, coordinate, and send local printing for training tools.
- Manage all equipment necessary for training sessions.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate and update the Dior Beauty Advisor Database.
- Support trainers with translation tasks.
- You are fluent in French, and German with a good level in English
- You have a “hands-on” mindset, sense for organization and detail oriented
- You are proactive and solution oriented
- You are a passionate team player who can also work independently
- You have excellent computer skills on Office 365 (esp. Excel, PPT, Sharepoint and Power BI)
- High interest for digital and good knowledge of social network and the features
