Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz; Tragen der vorgeschriebenen Schutzkleidung in definierten Bereichen.
Bedienung und Überwachung der zugewiesenen Maschine bzw. des Produktionsprozesses zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele.
Effiziente und qualitativ einwandfreie Durchführung der Produktions- und Abfüllprozesse gemäss Vorgaben und SOPs.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vorgesetzten, Planung sowie angrenzenden Bereichen (z. B. Technik, Abfüllung/Verpackung, Qualität).
Sicherstellung von Qualitätskontrollen während des gesamten Produktionsprozesses.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit (inkl. 5S) am Arbeitsplatz während der gesamten Schicht.
Vertretung anderer Operatoren bei Abwesenheit sowie Unterstützung in weiteren Bereichen nach Bedarf.
Aktive Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsmassnahmen und konstruktivem Informationsaustausch im Team.
FORMALE AUSBILDUNG:
Abgeschlossene Schulbildung (Sekundarstufe) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Gute Deutsch- und Mathematikkenntnisse
KENNTNISSE & ERFAHRUNG:
Erfahrung in Produktions- oder Fertigungsumgebungen
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, mindestens Niveau B1
Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit
Kenntnisse in COSHH/COMAH von Vorteil (falls erforderlich)
TECHNISCHE UND PHYSISCHEN ANFORDERUNGEN:
Fähigkeit, Arbeits- bzw. Mischanweisungen präzise zu befolgen
Körperliche Belastbarkeit: wiederholtes Heben von Säcken bis zu 25 kg während der Schicht
Längeres Stehen während der Arbeit
Manuelles Bewegen und Heben von Rohmaterialien
Einsatz von manuellen Palettenhubwagen zum Transport von Produkten und IBCs
Gehen zwischen verschiedenen Produktionsbereichen
Manuelles Bewegen von Rohrleitungen und Fässern
