Das erwartet Sie:
Mitarbeit an realen, laufenden Projekten im Luft- und Raumfahrtbereich mit hoher technologischer Tiefe
Unterstützung der Projektleitung
Koordination von Projektaufgaben, Terminen und Meilensteinen
technisch-organisatorische Vorbereitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Projektmeetings
Aufbereitung von Projektstatus, technischen Übersichten und Präsentationen
enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Fertigung und externen Projektpartnern
Das bringen Sie mit:
abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Physik, Feinwerktechnik oder ähnliche naturwissenschaftliche oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Richtung)
erste Erfahrungen im Projektumfeld (z.B. durch Praktika, Abschlussarbeiten oder Berufseinstieg)
sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Interesse an Projektmanagement-Methoden und technischen Zusammenhängen
sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1, da Deutsch Firmensprache ist)
gute Englischkenntnisse
gewinnendes, professionelles Auftreten und Freude an Kommunikation

Job interview During the interview, general questions about your background are discussed, as well as specific requirements of the work area and organizational aspects.
Follow-up interview If the first interview was positive for both, you and asphericon, a follow-up interview may occur. This one is usually longer and always conducted on-site, for example, with the head of HR department or the management.
Trial work (Optional) If a trial work arrangement is agreed upon, it includes getting to know the department, the team, and the specific tasks involved.
Hiring phase If all parties are satisfied with the interviews and/or the trial work, the hiring phase begins. Dates for contract signing and the first day of work are scheduled, and all necessary documents for you as a new team member are prepared.
