About The Role
For more than 50 years, Maurice Lacroix watches have been produced in state-of-the-art workshops in the Jura region, in Saignelégier. For our Marketing department, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Brand Content, to lead the creation, adaptation, and coordination of Maurice Lacroix brand content across campaigns, launches, markets, and internal needs. The role ensures that all content is consistent, premium, brand-aligned, and delivered on time to support global marketing priorities.
What You Will Deliver
Develop and coordinate brand content for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and activations
Adapt and create assets for multiple formats, channels, and markets while ensuring brand consistency
Prepare and manage launch toolkits, aligning with cross-functional teams and timelines
Coordinate asset delivery and ensure correct usage guidelines across markets
Adapt and version campaign materials for digital, social, retail, PR, events, and internal use
Produce high-quality presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders
Support strategic presentations for senior management when required
Manage external creative partners, including briefing, coordination, and quality control
Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, deadlines, and budget requirements
Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all content and collaboration with internal teams and markets
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, visual communication, business, or a related field (or experience in a similar role)
More than 6 years’ experience in marketing; luxury goods/watch industry exposure is required; agency experience is a plus. Strong experience in brand content creation, storytelling, and campaign adaptation
Knowledge of product launch processes and toolkit development
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required; video editing skills are a plus. Strong project management skills across internal teams and external agencies
Fluent in English and French
