Durant notre formation «on the job» de quatre mois, tu te prépares de manière optimale à ton nouveau rôle de conseillère ou de conseiller à la clientèle. Pendant cette période, ton taux d’occupation est de 80% et, une fois ton diplôme obtenu, tu travailles à temps partiel comme tu le souhaites. Tu vends tous les articles de marque postaux et non postaux, tels que les produits régionaux ou les différentes offres du domaine des télécommunications.
Tu conseilles également activement notre clientèle en ce qui concerne des services de différents secteurs, comme par exemple les caisses-maladie, les assurances et les banques.
Au sein de ton équipe, tu as la possibilité d’assumer des responsabilités dans le cadre de différents rôles et, ainsi, de poursuivre ton développement personnel.
Si tu n’as encore jamais travaillé dans une filiale de la Poste, nous nous chargeons de t’y préparer ! Durant notre formation «on the job» de quatre mois, tu te prépares de manière optimale à ton nouveau rôle de conseillère ou de conseiller à la clientèle. Nous procédons à un examen minutieux de ton dossier. Si tu corresponds au profil recherché, nous prendrons contact avec toi dans un délai de deux - trois semaines.
2. Premier entretien en personne

3. Journée découverte
